Grupo Malasa has undertaken the asbestos removal and partial demolition of the existing building, the excavation necessary for the construction of 2 basements, masonry work, laying the foundations and the reinforced concrete structure, as well as the installation of the exterior and interior carpentry of the common areas, among others.

With the best quality materials, we have been in charge of the custom manufacturing of all kitchens, exterior carpentry, furniture and appliances, main hall’s interior design, floorboards and railings.
