Avenida de Oza building
Architectural
gem
According to historical archive data, the original project dates back to 1921, which includes a 5-story building. After the complete renovation, the building is of the integrated core collective housing type. On the first floor there is an entrance hall and a commercial space. The upper floors are destined for housing.
All homes have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with exterior views. At the front façade, they have beautiful balconies whose interior gallery has been preserved, while at the back they have another gallery.
Avenida de Oza building
Artistic
freedom
One of the charms of this building is mainly due to its staircase, which was required to be preserved. It was restored using the same material, pinotea, a type of very resinous pine.
From Grupo Malasa we have been in charge of the restoration and recovery of the floor of the whole building, which is more than 100 years old. In addition, we manufactured custom-made cabinets, stairs, and baseboards.
This architectural jewel reflects the sublime site where it stands, and the artistic freedom of the team that designed it.
