With a privileged location, in the center of the city of A Coruña our teams at NOA·AD were in charge of the complete rehabilitation of the building with the extension of two new floors, preserving only the party walls and facades.

New construction of residential building
During the renovation process, the interior of the building was completely demolished, and then new floor slabs were erected, made of metal beams and steel plates.
Consequently, after the renovation, the entire interior is new and adapted to current design trends, wooden floors, sliding doors, kitchens… as well as the plumbing, electricity, and heating installations.

One of the great peculiarities is that the existing facade has been maintained and the new exterior carpentry has been done respecting the original design.
The final result is 6 apartments of which one of them is a duplex, with a total built area of 321m2.
