In this residential construction of a detached single-family house in Betanzos, we were in charge of the coordination and execution of the entire project, from the structure to the last of the finishes through our construction services firm, NOA·AD.

New construction single-family house in Betanzos
The final result was a single-family house with a main ground floor and an upper floor in its central volume for the bedrooms. We built the main structure in concrete, with foundation beams and footings, cavity slabs, pillars, and reinforced concrete slabs on the roof.
The enclosures and interior partitions were all made of brick plastered with mortar and stone cladding in the central volume.
For the roof, we applied a ventilated system of smooth flat grating in graphite color, placed on wooden battens, and with a layer of insulation of 12 cm.
This smooth flat tile roof and the stone cladding are the focal elements of the exterior of this house.

The primary and most important decision during the process is to carry out the construction of the house always taking into account the decisions made by both the client and the project management, providing solutions that can improve the resolution of the whole work. Therefore, from the first moment, the client has the freedom to choose each of the finishes that will be applied to the project.
