Last September, the new Pazo da Oliva was inaugurated in the historic center of Vigo. Formerly, it was known as the Pazo do Marqués de Valladares and was built in the 18th century, but after a comprehensive reform of its almost 5,000 m2, it has become a space “designed to host all kinds of socio-cultural events” such as “concerts, weddings, exhibitions and all kinds of events in the different rooms, with multiple screens and the latest technology”.
In addition, it has a strong gastronomic offer by the Michelin Star chef, Pepe Solla, distributed in “a fine dining cuisine restaurant, a more informal restaurant, and a cocktail area”.
At Grupo Malasa, we collaborated with the updating of this historic property, providing earthy materials such as stone, oak and solid chestnut wood, as well as glass.
