We welcome GPF Capital, an investment fund based in Madrid, which, after a year of negotiations, has finally become one of our shareholders.
GPF has acquired a third of the capital while the rest remains in the hands of our founders, Antonio and Javier Pérez Patiño. The main objective of the operation is to further professionalize the group, while continuing with our internationalization and growth both in the production area and in our client portfolio.
