To achieve this result, our global construction company NOA·AD developed the civil works, attending to the wishes of our clients, to create a flexible and customizable space, where white predominates as if it were a canvas, in combination with warm wood and black accents, without detracting luminosity.
The moldings add texture and the gallery windows add character to the purest Coruña style as a classic counterpoint to the more contemporary minimalist style.

Also noteworthy are the wood accents on the floor and exposed beams, which add warmth to the rooms, as well as the touches of black on the handles and mainly in the kitchen.
At Grupo Malasa we were in charge of the bathrooms and the iconic kitchen floor, which unites the modern and minimalist Nordic style of the rest of the house with the classic French-inspired moldings and kitchen.
